Illinois Wesleyan sophomores compete at ITA Regional in Kalamazoo

The Illinois Wesleyan University men's tennis team is set to participate in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Regional tournament in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The event, hosted by Kalamazoo College, will take place from September 29 to October 1.

Sophomores Ian Turnbull and Ben Vigneri are representing Illinois Wesleyan at the tournament. Both players will compete in singles matches before joining forces for doubles competition. Turnbull, who was named to the All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Second Team last season, is entering his second ITA Regional. In his previous appearance, he advanced to the Round of 32 in singles play. Meanwhile, Vigneri is making his debut at this level of competition.

Match results will be posted on the ITA's website as they become available.
