The Illinois Wesleyan University men's and women's swimming and diving teams are set to host their annual Halloween Invite on Saturday, October 28, at Fort Natatorium in Bloomington, Illinois. The competition will begin at 1 p.m.

This event marks the second meet of the season for the Titans and is also their home opener. Earlier this month, on October 13, both the men's and women's teams competed against Division II Lewis University but were defeated by the Flyers.

Participating institutions for this weekend's meet include Millikin University, Augustana College, North Central College, Anderson University, and Rose-Hulman University's women's team. Notably, it is only the second time that Augustana College's Vikings will take part in IWU's Halloween Invite. However, these teams are familiar competitors; during the 2023 CCIW Championships, Augustana's women's team secured second place while IWU came third. In contrast, Augustana's men's team won the conference championship with IWU finishing fourth.

Anderson University represents a newer challenge for IWU as this is only their second encounter in a CCIW-heavy meet.

In last year's Halloween Invite, both IWU programs finished in second place with Augustana taking top honors.

For those unable to attend in person, the meet will be live-streamed via IWU Swimming and Diving's official Facebook page. Additionally, results will be available on iwusports.com following the conclusion of the event.
