A total of 75 student-athletes from Illinois Wesleyan University have been recognized on the Dave Wrath Academic All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) team. This announcement was made on April 6 in Naperville, Illinois. Among those honored, juniors Ethan Lowder and Lauren Wong received the Jack Swartz award for their academic and athletic achievements.

The Jack Swartz award is given to one male and one female student-athlete from each member institution who maintain a grade point average of 3.50 or above while lettering in their respective sports. Previous recipients include Anthony Wachal Jr. for football and Lexi Onsrud for women's golf.

In 2021, the CCIW Academic All-Conference Team was renamed in honor of Dave Wrath, a long-serving administrator at Augustana College who retired after four decades. Wrath played a significant role in establishing the CCIW's Academic All-Conference Program in 2005.

Ethan Lowder, a member of the men's swimming team, excelled at the CCIW Championship with notable performances in freestyle events. He broke school records in both individual and relay events while maintaining a perfect GPA as a physics major. Lowder also won the CCIW Elite 26 award for having the highest GPA among championship competitors.

Lauren Wong, part of the women's track and field team, achieved a conference championship victory in triple jump with a mark of 11.46 meters. She holds a GPA of 3.75 as a finance major.

The full list of honorees includes athletes from various sports such as track and field, bowling, swimming & diving, basketball, and more.
