After a decisive 35-13 victory over North Dakota, Illinois State has secured a spot in the 2024 FCS Playoffs. The team will commence its postseason journey against Southeast Missouri State on Saturday. Head Coach Brock Spack is set to discuss the team's recent performance and upcoming playoff game during a special edition of The Brock Spack Show at Schooners.
The show will feature conversations between Coach Spack, Redbird football play-by-play announcer John Fitzgerald, and color analyst Ted Schmitz. They will revisit last Saturday's Senior Day win at Hancock Stadium and look ahead to the playoff match against SEMO. Senior tight end Mitch Bartol will also appear as a special guest.
Schooners, located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington, will host the event at 6 p.m. on Tuesday. For those unable to attend in person, the show will be available on WJBC 1230 AM and streamed live via GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network.
