I recently convened with the Economic Development Advisory Committee to discuss several pertinent topics, including new businesses and job creation within the district. The meeting also covered current projects, grants, JRB Tours Around the District, and legislative matters. "We are excited for the opportunity of growth in our district!" was expressed during the session.

Additionally, a meeting was held with local officials to address various issues over a two-hour period. Discussions included local control of wind and solar energy, transportation, child care, challenges related to the Safe-T Act, grants, and property tax levies. The session provided valuable insights to be addressed in Springfield.

"Thank you all again for meeting with me!" was conveyed at the conclusion of these discussions.
