Rooks Creek Community Consolidated School District 425 Board of Education met Dec. 10.

The Board of Education held a regular school board meeting at the school, on Tuesday December 10, 2024. Board President Kristen Hinz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call: Angela Baldwin present; Scott Drilling, present; John Ferrara, present: John Grampp, present; Brianna Grieff, absent: Leah Hansen, absent: Kristen Hinz, present.

Superintendent, Todd Bean was also present.

Leah Hansen arrived at 6:03 p.m.

A motion was made by Scott Drilling, seconded by Angela Baldwin to approve the agenda. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by John Ferrara to approve the November minutes. Voice Vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Scott Drilling, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve the November Treasurer’s Report, and the December payment of bills. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Kristen Hinz, seconded by John Ferrara to approve Press Issue 117. Voice Vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Leah Hansen, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve the 1.5% Working Cash Bonds with the RESOLUTION providing for the issue of not to exceed $700,000 General Obligation Limited School Bonds, Series 225, Rooks Creek Community Consolidated School District Number 425, in Livingston County, Illinois, and for the levy of a direct annual taxes to pay the principal and interest on such bonds. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by John Ferrara to approve the field trips as presented. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Leah Hansen, seconded by Angela Baldwin to adjourn at 6:11 p.m. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
