The Board of Education held a regular school board meeting at the school, on Monday, January 13, 2025. Board President Kristen Hinz called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. Roll call: Angela Baldwin present; Scott Drilling, present; John Ferrara, absent: John Grampp, present; Brianna Grieff, absent: Leah Hansen, present: Kristen Hinz, present.
Thomas Mooneyham, Bob Smith and Superintendent, Todd Bean were also present.
A motion was made by Leah Hansen, seconded by Angela Baldwin to approve the agenda. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Leah Hansen to approve the December minutes. Voice Vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Scott Drilling, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve the December Treasurer’s Report. Roll call vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve the January payment of bills. Roll call vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Leah Hansen, seconded by Scott Drilling to approve the Solar Panel Project. Roll call vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve the AR field trip to Urban Air in Normal, IL. Roll call vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kristen Hinz, seconded by Angela Baldwin to go into closed session at 7:57 p.m. to discuss appointment, employment, discipline, performance, dismissal or removal of a specific employee, and any other matters re: individual students. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.
No action was taken in closed session.
