State Representative Dennis Tipsword (il) | Representative Dennis Tipsword, Jr. (R) 105th District
Rep. Tipsword is sponsoring legislation aimed at expediting care for individuals in jail deemed unfit to stand trial. House Bill 1743 is set to be reviewed in committee this week.
"I am also sponsoring legislation this spring to expedite appropriate care needs for individuals in jail who are found unfit to stand trial," Rep. Tipsword stated regarding the bill.
The Illinois General Assembly will discuss the status of HB1743 as it moves forward.
