Power Planter, a company based in the 106th district of rural Ford County, has gained recognition for its garden-friendly earth augers. The founder, Wayne Niewold, invented the first model over three decades ago. In 2013, his grandson Greg took over the business and has since expanded its reach significantly.
Under Greg's leadership, Power Planter now serves customers not only across the United States but also in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and select European countries. The company's products are known for their high-quality craftsmanship and are entirely made in the USA.
