The Board of Education held a special school board meeting at the school, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. School Board Secretary, John Grampp called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. Roll call: Angela Baldwin, absent; Scott Drilling, present; John Ferrara, present: John Grampp, present; Brianna Grieff, absent: Leah Hansen, absent; Kristen Hinz, absent.
Kyle Richardson, (MIM), Joel Dodson, (DPI) and Superintendent, Todd Bean were also present.
Kyle Richardson and Joel Dodson presented information and answered questions the Board had regarding the proposed HVAC project at Graymont Grade School
Brianna Grieff arrived at 6:12 p.m.
A motion was made by John Ferrara, seconded by Scott Drilling to approve the agenda. Voice vote. All ayes. 3 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Scott Drilling, seconded by John Grampp to approve the HVAC work at $581,800.00. Roll call vote. All ayes. 3 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Brianne Grieff, seconded by Scott Drilling to adjourn at 6:35 p.m. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
