Rooks Creek Community Consolidated School District 425 Board of Education met June 16.

The Rooks Creek CCSD #425 Board of Education held a regular school board meeting at Graymont Grade school, on Monday, June 16, 2025. School Board President, Kristen Hinz, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call: Angela Baldwin present; Scott Drilling, present; John Ferrara, absent: Brianna Grieff, present: Leah Hansen, absent: Kristen Hinz, present.

Superintendent, Todd Bean was also present.

A motion was made by Angela Baldwin, seconded by Brianna Grieff to approve the amended agenda, adding 10f. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Kristen Hinz, seconded by Angela Baldwin to approve the May 2025 school board minutes, and the Board of Education Election Results. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Brianna Grieff, seconded by Angela Baldwin to approve the May 2025 Treasure’s Report and the June payment of bills. Roll call vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Scott Drilling, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve PRESS Issue #118 as presented. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Scott Drilling, seconded by Angela Baldwin to approve the Amended Budget as presented. Roll call vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Brianna Grieff, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve eLearning for three more years as presented. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Brianna Grieff, seconded by Kristen Hinz to accept Leslie Grampp’s resignation as presented. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Brianna Grieff, seconded by Kristen Hinz to adjourn at 7:46 p.m. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.
