Illinois State University's soccer team will travel to Green Bay, Wisconsin, for a match against the Phoenix at Festival Foods Field at Aldo Santaga Stadium. The game is scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m.

The Redbirds are coming off a 5-1 loss to Butler on August 21. In that match, freshman Rylann Law scored her first collegiate goal in the 56th minute, with an assist from fellow freshman Grace Petrie, who also notched her first career assist.

Green Bay enters Sunday's contest with a record of 0-2-0 after losing to Omaha 6-3 on August 17. The Phoenix are led by Matt Kagan, who is in his first year as head coach. Kagan previously served as an assistant coach at Washington State and was head coach at Oregon State for three seasons.

This will be the 16th meeting between Illinois State and Green Bay. Last season, the teams faced each other in the opener, where Illinois State won 2-1 under new head coach Raleigh DeRose. In that game, redshirt junior Sammi Cenek and sophomore Chloe Cline each scored their first collegiate goals.

Illinois State holds a historical advantage over Green Bay with a record of 12 wins and three losses, including four wins and two losses in road games. This trip marks the Redbirds' first visit to Green Bay since 2008, when they earned a 2-1 victory.
