The Town of Normal will start its annual leaf vacuuming program on Monday, October 27. According to the announcement, leaf collection crews will work through one zone at a time until it is finished. This process may take several days, and collection will not occur on a weekly schedule. Residents are encouraged to use the interactive map provided by the Town to monitor the progress of the crews through the zones, which will be addressed in the order of 3, 4, 1, 2, and 5.
