Northbound Mall Drive between College Avenue and Plaza Drive, as well as the east leg of the Mall Drive/Plaza Drive intersection, will be closed to all traffic starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, October 20, 2025. The closure is expected to last until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025, weather permitting. Southbound traffic on Mall Drive will remain open during this period.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area if possible and to exercise caution when traveling nearby. The Town of Normal has provided an online map for residents to view current road impacts at https://arcg.is/1rGDqS0.
