The Illinois State Football team, ranked No. 17 nationally, will host Northern Iowa this Saturday at Jay and Lori Bergman Field at Hancock Stadium following a recent win over South Dakota. Ahead of the game, head coach Brock Spack is set to discuss the upcoming matchup during The Brock Spack Show on Thursday at Schooners in Bloomington.
Coach Spack will be joined by John Fitzgerald, Redbird football play-by-play announcer, and Ted Schmitz, longtime color analyst. They will review last weekend's performance against South Dakota and preview the contest with UNI. Senior longsnapper Dylan Calabrese and defensive backs coach Cody Deti are scheduled as special guests for the show.
Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington near Clinton Boulevard. Those unable to attend can listen to the broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM or stream it live on GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network. Segments will also be shown live on the Illinois State Athletics Facebook page.
