Twin Grove home prices unchanged in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Twin Grove was unchanged while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000. There were 17 homes sold in Twin Grove in the first half of 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $230,000.
