McLean home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in McLean rose by $38,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,750 - a 51.7% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in McLean in the first half of 2016.
