Le Roy home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Le Roy fell by $51,950 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 39.4% decrease over the $131,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Le Roy in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Le Roy for 2017 was $2,957. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,889. This marks an increase of 2.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.7%.
