Normal home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Normal rose by $5,750 while total sales decreased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,750 - a 3.6% increase over the $159,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Normal in June 2016.
