City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on Oct. 21.
Beginning 10/21 at 6 am, GE Rd from Veterans east to Hershey & Vernon from Veterans west to Towanda will have multiple closures. One lane will remain open in each direction. The road will be reopened when work is complete. Drivers should expect delays & use alternative routes.
