Randolph TWP FPD responds to 21 fires in 2018

Randolph Township Fire Protection District responded to 38 calls in 2018 - 13.6 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Randolph included 21 fires - 13 structure fires, two vehicle fires and six other fires.

In all, the department saw $258,550 in fire loss - or about $12,312 per fire.

The department also received 17 false calls, including one malicious call and 16 other false calls.
