City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on Oct. 15
The Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA) is set to host a few fun and exciting events on its mainstage this October.
GRIMMZ FAIRY TALES
The next BCPA mainstage production will be GRIMMZ Fairy Tales on Saturday, October 16th at 8:00 PM. This all-ages show is a hip hop remix of familiar classics. The concept has Jay and Will Grimmz, the hip-hop fable story dance-pop sensation, coming back home to the city where they grew up to give a concert. The brothers put a modern spin on valuable life lessons in Snow White and the Seven Shawties, Down with Rapunzel, Hanzel & Gretel: Lost in the Streets, and their brand new release Cinderella Remix.
ARTGASM
The GRIMMZ Fairy Tales performance takes place after the ArtGasm Fundraiser on Saturday, October 16th from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM in the BCPA Ballroom. Tickets to ArtGasm are still available at FriendsofTheBCPA.org. A ticket to the ArtGasm includes admission to the GRIMMZ Fairy Tales performance.
