Median home prices in Lexington rose to $172,200 in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Lexington rose by $82,200 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,200 - a 91.3% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lexington in October 2020.
