On Dec. 3, Cordney and Shameika Vanbrunen Howard sold their home at 1509 Sweetbriar Drive, Bloomington to Megan Brust for $385,000.

This home last sold for $242,000 on Feb. 24, 2015.

So far in December 2021, eight properties sold in Bloomington.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Shameika D. Howard has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1509 Sweetbriar Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Connie S. Siebenmorgen, 51, James L. Siebenmorgen, 52, Shameika D. Howard, 37, and Barbara J. Shorter, 79.
