Event: Holiday Yoga

Where: Niepagen South Classroom, Shirk Cente
Description: We've made arrangements for yoga to be provided (to IWU staff and faculty only) from 12:15-12:55 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, December 6, 8, 13 and 15 in the Niepagen South Classroom, Shirk Center. Feel free to bring your mat and join us! No signup required. IWU will allow up to 15 minutes of additional time for a lunch hour to accommodate participation in an official IWU fitness event.
