The Land Use and Development Committee of the McLean County Board met for a special meeting at 5:34 p.m. in Room 404 of the Government Center, 115 E. Washington Street, Bloomington, Illinois.
Members Present: Chairman George Wendt, Members Jim Soeldner, Elizabeth Johnston, Benjamin Webb, William Friedrich and Lea Cline
Members Absent: Members Lyndsay Bloomfield
Other Board Members Present: None
Staff Present: Ms. Cassy Taylor, Interim County Administrator, Ms. Cathy Dreyer, Assistant County Administrator, Mr. Chris Spanos,
Assistant State’s Attorney, Civil Division; Ms. Julie Morlock,

Chairman Wendt called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. and declared a quorum.
Chairman Wendt presented the minutes from the January 6, 2022, meeting of the Land Use and Development Committee for approval.
Motion by Johnston/Cline to approve the minutes from the January 6, 2022, meeting of the Land Use and Development Committee.
Motion Carried.
Chairman Wendt presented bills that had been reviewed and recommended by the County Auditor with a prepaid and fund total of $476.45.
Motion by Cline/Johnston to recommend approval of the Land Use and Development Committee bills prepaid total and fund total of $476.45.
Motion carried.
Chairman Wendt indicated there was nothing further and adjourned the meeting at 5:35 p.m.
