Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President, Eric Johnson. Roll call was answered as indicated, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Others present included Superintendent, Mr. Gary Doughan.

a) Minutes from the December 13th, 2022 meeting

Motioned by Brown and Seconded by Bunting

b) Payroll, Bills and Financials for the month of December 2022

Superintendent’s Report

● Reviewed SY 24 School Calendar

● Currently waiting on a bid for the parking lot repairs

● Discussed the possibility of A/C in the gym and multipurpose room

● Followed up on the student presentation from last month to possibly open windows to let more natural light in on the multipurpose room

● Considered to possibly update the paint on the glazed tile

● Complimented Miss Ricketts for doing a very nice job on the school Christmas program

● Open Enrollment renewals for dental and vision will be in February with the effective date of March 1, 2023. The next enrollment date will then be September 1, 2024

● The Basketball Winter Classic concludes tonight, Tuesday, January 10, 2023

● Girls Volleyball is going strong

● Boys Basketball will be finishing up the season soon

Assistant Principal/Athletic Director

● Mr. McDermaid is not present for the meeting due to his attendance at the Winter Classic.
