Rep. Tipsword has expressed strong support for small businesses, emphasizing his commitment through his voting record. "My 100% voting record reflects my unwavering support of small business owners," he stated. Drawing from personal experience, he added, "As a former small business owner, I fully understand that small businesses are the lifeblood of our communities and serve as the economic engine of job creation."

He also acknowledged the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) for highlighting issues related to small business support. "Thank you to the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) for exposing the fact that the majority party does not support small business growth and innovation," Tipsword remarked.

According to recent reports, 35 Illinois legislators have achieved a 100% voting record from NFIB.
