BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's golf team continues its season with the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Fall Invite at TPC Wisconsin from Sunday to Monday, Sept. 22-23. The 36-hole tournament will be held on the par-71, 5618-yard course in Madison, Wis.

Illinois Wesleyan will be represented by seniors Macy Ludwig (Effingham, Ill.-St. Anthony), Jacque O'Neill (Harbor Springs, Mich.-Harbor Springs), and Kylie Hundman (Bloomington, Ill.-Central Catholic); freshman Gigi Zera (Glenview, Ill.-Loyola Academy); and sophomore Nora Cerroni (Waukesha, Wis.-Waukesha North). Additionally, senior Jadyn Spinks (Normal, Ill.-University High) and sophomore Emily Gastrau (Wauwatosa, Wis.-Wauwatosa East) will compete as individuals.

A total of five ranked teams and five others will participate in the 17-team tournament. Eighth-ranked Illinois Wesleyan will face a competitive field including Adrian; No. 15 Centre; Christopher Newport; No. 20 Denison; No. 25 Randolph-Macon; Rose-Hulman; No. 14 Trinity (Texas); UC Santa Cruz; UW-La Crosse; UW-Oshkosh; UW-Platteville; UW-River Falls; UW-Stevens Point; UW-Stout; and UW-Whitewater.

The Titans enter the weekend after a runner-up finish at the IWU Fall Classic on Sept. 14-15. IWU was led by Ludwig who tied for second in the 124-player field with rounds of 73 and 71 to finish even par, earning College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Women's Golfer of the Week honors for the second consecutive week.

Live scoring for the UW-Whitewater Fall Invite will be available through Clippd. Results will be posted to iwusports.com at the conclusion of each day.
