Over 90 student-athletes from Illinois State University are set to receive their degrees this spring and summer, having completed their academic requirements during the Spring 2024 semester. These graduates will be recognized with a special stole symbolizing their status as Redbird student-athletes. They will have the opportunity to participate in one of five commencement ceremonies scheduled for Friday and Saturday at CEFCU Arena.
The list of graduates spans multiple sports disciplines, including baseball, basketball, cross country/track & field, football, golf, gymnastics, tennis, soccer, softball, swimming & diving, and volleyball. Notable names among the graduates include Luke Cheng from baseball and Kate Bullman from women's basketball.
These ceremonies mark an important milestone for these athletes who have balanced both academic and athletic commitments during their time at Illinois State University.
