The Illinois Wesleyan University men's soccer team is set to participate in the NCAA Division III Tournament for the first time. The team secured their spot by winning the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin automatic bid on November 6, 2023. With a current record of 6-6-5, the Titans will compete against the University of Chicago, the reigning NCAA Division III National Champion, on Saturday, November 11, at 12 p.m. ET.

Illinois Wesleyan is among 41 teams that received automatic qualification into the 64-team tournament. They join North Central College as one of two programs from the CCIW in this year's field.

The upcoming match against the Maroons marks their 19th encounter in program history. The winner will progress to Sunday's second round to face either Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology or Ohio Wesleyan University. The second-round match is scheduled for a 1 p.m. kickoff at Stagg Field.

Subsequent sectional round games are planned for November 17-19, with the national semifinal and championship slated for December 1-3 in Salem, Virginia.
