Normal Liquor Commission met Jan. 17.
The purpose of the Commission is to issue written reprimands to license holders, to fine license holders, and/or suspend or revoke any liquor license, as appropriate; to receive applications, investigate applicants and grant or renew liquor licenses; and to update the Liquor Code of the town.

LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION: WINGMEN V, LLC, d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings, 603 S. Main Street, Normal, IL:
We have received a completed application from Wingmen V, LLC, d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings, for a Class D - All Liquor - On Premises Consumption - liquor license at 603 S. Main Street, along with all related documents. This LLC is a total new LLC for this location. I have attached a proposed menu for the establishment, which is basically the same as before.
RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Class D Liquor License for Wingmen V, LLC, d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings, 603 S. Main Street, Normal, Illinois, with the stipulation the license not be issued until such time as we receive approved inspection reports from the McLean County Health Department, the Normal Fire Inspection Division and the Normal Building Inspection Department.
