Hudson Village Board of Trustees holds discussion on Hudson Grain Co. special use request

Hudson Village Board will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3.

Elected every 4 years to the Village of Hudson Board the Mayor, Village Trustees and Clerk form a corner stone within the community. Serving in these roles the members of the Village Board and Clerk work in cooperation with Federal, State and Local authorities, as well as residents, for the overall benefit of the community.

2. Pledge of Allegiance

3. Roll Call

4. Approval of minutes from the December 6, 2016 board meeting

5. Treasurer’s report and bills- Sara Hill

• Approve financial statement and payment of bills for December

• Discuss and approve removing Paul Craddock from the bank accounts and adding Caleb Post to the bank accounts

6. Reports from:

Village President- Jason Collins Water and Public Property Superintendent- Jeff Waller Street and Zoning Inspector- Denny Engel Village Marshall- Dale Sparks Civil Defense Director

7. Citizen’s hearing: 3 minute limit, name and address

8. Reports of standing committees:

Finance, Budget, Contracts and Employees Department- Trustee Caleb Post

Street Department- Trustee Phil Morris

Ordinance and Zoning Department- Trustee Kerry Tudor

• Discussion of and potential action against two properties with code violations

• Discussion and potential action on the Hudson Grain Company Special Use request

Police Department- Trustee Pat O’Grady

Water Department- Trustee Betty Scanlon

Public Property- Trustee Alan Meissner

Liquor Commissioner- Jason Collins

9. Move into closed session for the following items:

• Approve closed session minutes from the December 6, 2016 closed session

10. Back into open session

11. Adjournment
