City of Lexington issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.

Please join us for some free ghoulish games, freaky fun and frightening food!
Costume contest with awards given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners by age. There will also be a free hotdog dinner after the contest.
Trick or Treat City Wide hours will follow the party from 5pm-7pm
