City of Lexington issued the following announcement on Oct. 26.
Congratulations to our Water Superintendent Billy DuBois and Lexington’s new Water Treatment Plant. Thanks to a lot of hard work and dedication the Illinois Rural Water Association has announced we are one of the finalist for WATER SYSTEM OF THE YEAR! Final decision will be in February.
