Concerta

City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on June 27.

Kick back and enjoy a night of great music and delicious food during the BCPA’s Summer Lawn Concert on Saturday, July 13 starting at 6:30 PM in Lincoln Park on the CEFCU Summer Stage right outside of the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA) in downtown Bloomington, Illinois.

“There will be some great food choices to accompany the night of music”, said Assistant Performing Arts Manager, Ann-Marie Dittmann, adding “We have the ability to move everything inside to the BCPA main stage if the weather doesn’t cooperate.”

The Lawn Concert gates will open at 6:00 PM with local favorites Stone & Snow taking the stage at 6:30 PM. Following Stone & Snow will be the amazing sounds of Karen Waldrup beginning at 8:00 PM. Headliner Casey James (seen on American Idol, CMT, Ellen and more!) takes the CEFCU Summer Stage at 9:30 PM to close out the evening.

For attendees’ dining pleasure Pop-Up Food Stalls will offer a delectable choice of food for sale on the lawn of the BCPA. Vendors include A-Z Catering, Epiphany Farms, Green Top Grocery and Healthy in a Hurry. People may enjoy their food at tables under tents on the lawn.
