City of Lexington issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
Please join us for some free ghoulish games, freaky fun, and frightening food! Costume contest with awards given to homemade, purchased, and groups by age. There will also be a free hot dog dinner after the contest. Trick or Treat City Wide hours will follow the party from 5:00-8:00 pm.
