City of Lexington issued the following announcement on Jan. 17.
In order to be better prepared to serve the community in the event of a winter emergency, Dan McDaniels, Director of Lexington’s Emergency Management Agency, is requesting information from the public. If there is anyone in our community with special health concerns (dialysis, oxygen, medical equipment requiring electricity, pregnancies with winter due dates, insulin, etc), please contact City Hall with the vital information, so that emergency workers can be of assistance, should it be required.
Specific information needed would be:
Name, Address, Phone Number, Specific Health Concern, and a Neighbor’s Name and Phone Number. You can call City Hall at 309-365-3331.
