City of Lexington issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
Interested in joining the gym, but not sure how to use the equipment or where to start?
Have health issues like high BP and Cholesterol, or do you need to lower your overall body fat?
Exercising properly can help you in so many ways, so we want to teach you the proper way of exercising and starting a routine.
We would like to help make it easy for you, and give you a workout routine this Saturday, February 22nd at 11 am.
This is free to the public, and we encourage anyone that wants to start but doesn't know where to start to come join us.
