The Board of Education of Rooks Creek C.C.S.D. #425 held a regular board meeting on Monday, January 13, 2020 at the school. Board President Matt Dewald called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Roll call: Elizabeth Alvey, present; Matt Dewald, present; John Grampp, present; Ryan Hansen, present; Kristen Hinz, present; Steve Mattingly, present; Kassandra Ryerson, absent.
Superintendent Todd Bean was also present.
A motion was made by Ryan Hansen, seconded by Elizabeth Alvey to approve the agenda. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve the December minutes. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Ryan Hansen to approve the December Treasurer’s Report. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Ryan Hansen to approve the January payment of bills. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve matching funds for the school project maintenance grant. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Steve Mattingly to adjourn at 7:37 p.m. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
