The Board of Education of Rooks Creek C.C.S.D. #425 held a regular board meeting on Monday, December 9, 2019 at the school. Board President Matt Dewald called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call: Elizabeth Alvey, present; Matt Dewald, present; John Grampp, present; Ryan Hansen, present; Kristen Hinz, present; Steve Mattingly, present; Kassandra Ryerson, present.
Superintendent Todd Bean was also present.
A motion was made by Elizabeth Alvey, seconded by John Grampp to approve the agenda. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Kassandra Ryerson to approve the November minutes. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Ryan Hansen, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve the November Treasurer’s Report. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Steve Mattingly to approve the December payment of bills. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
A motion was made my John Grampp, seconded by Elizabeth Alvey to approve the Crisis Plan as presented. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kassandra Ryerson, seconded by Ryan Hansen to approve Policy Issue 102 as presented. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Elizabeth Alvey to approve Miller, Tracy, Braun, Funk & Miller Ltd. as the law firm for Rooks Creek CCSD 425, with a retainer of $75.00 a month. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Ryan Hansen, seconded by Steve Mattingly to adjourn at 7:42 p.m. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
