The Board of Education of Rooks Creek C.C.S.D. #425 held a regular board meeting on Monday, November 11, 2019 at the school. Board Vice-President Kristen Hinz called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Roll call: Elizabeth Alvey, present; Matt Dewald, absent; John Grampp, present; Ryan Hansen, present; Kristen Hinz, present; Steve Mattingly, present; Kassandra Ryerson, present.
Superintendent Todd Bean was also present.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Kassandra Ryerson to approve the agenda. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Elizabeth Alvey, seconded by Ryan Hansen to approve the October minutes. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Steve Mattingly to approve the October Treasurer’s Report. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Ryan Hansen to approve the November payment of bills. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Elizabeth Alvey to set date of Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., for a meeting of the Policy Committee. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Steve Mattingly, seconded by Kassandra Ryerson to approve the Tax Levy as presented. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
A motion to approve the paying for the school administrator to accompany any students on the Washington DC trip was tabled.
A motion was made by Ryan Hansen, seconded by Steve Mattingly to adjourn at 7:41 p.m. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
