c) Approve the request of the County Zoning Board of Appeals in case ZA20-01. This is a text amendment of the Code of McLean County Chapter 350, Zoning, as follows:
1) To amend Section 350-21(B) to add the Land Use and Development Committee as a permissible entity to propose text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance;
2) To amend Section 350-26, Definitions, to add definition of a Boat Sales & Service Facility;
3) To amend Section 350-42, Use Table, to allow a Boat Sales & Service Facility by special use in the Agriculture District; and
