City of Pontiac Planning and Zoning Board met Nov. 23.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

Notice is hereby given that the City of Pontiac Planning and Zoning Board will hold a meeting at 4:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers to consider the following:

Marlon and Stacy Eilts, petitioners, have requested that the property be rezoned from R-4 (Multiple Family District) to B-3 (Central Business District). Mr. and Mrs. Eilts plan to demolish the structure to create a parking lot. The property address is 801 W. Water Street with the legal description of Lot 14 in Block 2 in Hoobler’s Addition to the City of Pontiac, Livingston County, Illinois, EXCEPT Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 14 in said Block 2, thence in a northerly direction a distance of 115.0 feet to a point, thence in a southwesterly direction of 115.43 feet, which is a point 11 feet West of the Southeast Corner of said lot; thence in an easterly direction a distance of 11 feet to the point of beginning, with a Pin Number of 15-15-22-307-017.
