2021 is an anniversary year for the classes of: 1945, 1946, 1950, 1951, 1956, 1961, 1966, 1970, 1971, 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016
Alumni from all class years are welcome and invited to attend Alumni Reunion 2021, July 30 -31. Since last year’s events were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will be recognizing members of the classes of ‘95 and ’96, ’70 and ’71, ’50 and ’51, ’45 and ‘46, who are celebrating their 25th, 50th, 70th, and 75th anniversaries. Each of these class years will receive special recognition and their official LC Swarovski crystal alumni pin at the Dinner and Awards Program on Saturday evening.
The fun starts Friday! Play in the 2021 Lynx Golf Classic, take the Logan County Route 66 Tour or a walking tour of campus and pick up some new Alumni swag at the Bookstore. Then attend the Meet & Greet at the Lincoln Heritage Museum at 4:30 pm for wine and hors d’oeuvres before heading to dinner with your friends or attending the 2021 Lynx Golf Classic Dinner.
Saturday’s schedule is full of activities to choose from—have pastries with the President, take a guided campus tour, experience the Lincoln Heritage Museum, ride along on a special historic Lincoln bus tour, then plan to attend the Alumni Dinner & Awards Program Saturday evening. The cocktail reception starts at 5 pm followed by dinner at 5:45 pm and the Alumni Achievement Awards.
