Pricing for the median home in Fairbury increased during April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Fairbury rose by $26,750 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,750 - a 26.8% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fairbury in April 2016.
