Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday March 14, 2022 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Emily Gall, Randy Pagel, and Tom Russell

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the minutes of the January 10, 2022 Regular Board Meeting and the minutes of the February 14, 2022 Regular Board Meeting; second by Trustee Tom Russell;

Treasurer’s Report
Board packets contained the Treasurer’s Reports and the Year-to-date Fund Summaries for the months ending December 31, 2021, January 31, 2022 and February 28, 2022. Treasurer Jim Rebholz reported February’s account balances as follows:

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve Board Listing Report #160 ran on March 14, 2022 at 3:15pm representing all bills for the Village due in March; and Board Listing Report #159 ran on March 14, 2022 at 2:42pm representing all bills for Tourism due in March, excluding Phillip’s bill for $4,800 which belongs to Odell Township; and the between Meeting Paid Bill List for $10,045.29; second by Trustee Emily Gall;

Last month an extension was granted for the cleanup of 109 N Front Street – no action has been taken
Variance request for 401 E Prairie St. is tabled until April Board Meeting
NEW BUSINESS:
209 S West St Driveway/Sidewalk Issue
Resident is having driveway and sidewalk lifted. No action to be taken on this issue.
Request for Chickens
The request for chickens is tabled until next month’s Board Meeting
