The Board of Education of the Woodland CUSD#5 held a E-Learning Day Special Meeting at 5:05pm. The meeting was called to order by Eric Sass
Answering roll call were: Eric Sass, Jeremy Adams, Rebecca Sterling, Chad Gilkerson, and Dan Reinmann
Absent were: Brad Boldt and Eric Perhach
Also, present were: Dr. Ryan McGuckin, Superintendent
It was moved by Chad Gilkerson and seconded by Eric Sass to make Jeremy Adams secretary pro-temp for the evening
Roll Call: all yeas, 5 yeas and 0 nays. The motion carried
Public Comment – None
It was moved by Jeremy Adams and seconded by Chad Gilkerson to approve E-Learning Plan and Resolution as presented
Roll Call: all yeas, 5 yeas and 0 nays. The motion carried
It was moved by Chad Gilkerson and seconded by Eric Sass that the Board of Education adjourn at 5:07 PM. Roll call: all yeas, 5 yeas and 0 nays. The motion carried.
