We have received the completed application from Volume Services, Inc., d/b/a Sodexo Live! for a Class N Stadium License at 700 College Avenue, along with related documents. The purpose of this application is a change of ownership.
RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Class N Liquor License to Volume Services, Inc., d/b/a Sodexo Live!, 700 College Avenue, Normal, Illinois.
5. 2023-24 VIDEO GAMING APPLICATION: FIALA BROS BEER, LLC., D/B/A FIALA BROTHERS BREWERY & BEER HALL, 127 E. BEAUFORT ST., NORMAL, IL:
We have received the completed application from FIALA BROS BEER, LLC, d/b/a Fiala Brothers Brewery & Beer Hall for a Video Gaming License, 3 machines at 127 E. Beaufort Street, along with related documents.
RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Video Gaming License to FIALA BROS BEER, LLC, d/b/a Fiala Brothers Brewery & Beer Hall, 127 E. Beaufort Street, Normal, Illinois contingent on the payment of video gaming fees and any outstanding inspections from the McLean County Health Department, Normal Fire Inspections Division, or Normal Building Inspection Department.
6. 2023-24 LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION: PROBODHAM HOTELS GROUP, LLC., d/b/a CLARION HOTEL, 6 TRADERS CIRCLE, NORMAL, IL:
We have received the completed application from PROBODHAM HOTELS GROUP, LLC., d/b/a Clarion Pointe for a Class E Liquor License (Hotel) at 6 Traders Circle, along with related documents.
RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Class E Liquor License Issuance to PROBODHAM HOTELS GROUP, LLC., d/b/a Clarion Pointe, 6 Traders Circle, Normal, Illinois, with stipulation the license not be issued until such time as we receive approved inspection reports from the McLean County Health Department, the Normal Fire Inspections Division, and the Normal Building Inspection Department.
7. 2023-24 LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION: KCG Partnership, LLC., D/B/A MARIE’S PLACE, 115 SUSAN DRIVE, SUITE H, NORMAL, IL:
We have received the completed application from KCG Partnership, LLC., d/b/a Marie’s Place for a Class C – Beer & Wine Only (On-Premises Consumption) License at 115 Susan Drive, Suite H along with related documents. The purpose of this application is a change of ownership.
RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Class C Liquor License to KCG Partnership, LLC., d/b/a Marie’s Place, 115 Susan Drive, Suite H, Normal, Illinois.

Liquor Commissioner Koos called the Special Meeting of the Normal Local Liquor Control Commission to order at 6:56 p.m., Monday May 1, 2023.

The Secretary called the roll with the following persons physically
PRESENT: Commissioner Chris Koos and Commission Members Kathleen Lorenz, Andy Byars, Scott Preston, Karyn Smith, Chemberly Harris, and Kevin
McCarthy.
ABSENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: SPECIAL MEETING – MARCH 20, 2023:
MOTION:
Mr. McCarthy moved, seconded by Mr. Preston, the Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Normal Local Liquor Control Commission of March 20, 2023, be Approved.
AYES: Lorenz, Harris, Byars, Smith, Preston, McCarthy, Koos.
NAYS: None.
Motion declared carried.
4. 2022-23 VIDEO GAMING APPLICATION: KAM CONSULTANTS, LLC, d/b/a Lyla’s Café, 1730 Bradford Lane, Suite 200, Normal, IL:
MOTION:
Mr. McCarthy moved, seconded by Ms. Harris, recommending the approval of a Video Gaming License to KAM CONSULTANTS, LLC, d/b/a Lyla’s Café, 1730 Bradford Lane, Suite 200, Normal, Illinois contingent on the payment of video gaming fees and any outstanding inspections from the Health Department, Fire Department, or Inspections Department.
AYES: Harris, Byars, Smith, Preston, McCarthy, Lorenz, Koos.
NAYS: None.
