The Board of Education of the Woodland CUSD#5 held a Special Board Meeting on May 8, 2023 at 5:30 pm. The meeting was called to order by Eric Sass. Answering roll call were: Eric Sass, Jeremy Adams, Chad Gilkerson, Brad Boldt, Rebecca Sterling, Dan Reinmann

Also, present were: Dr. Ryan McGuckin, Superintendent and Alison Wissen

4. Did NOT amend the agenda
5. It was moved by Jeremy Adamsn and seconded by Rebecca Sterling to approve the Proclamation of Election Results from Livingston and LaSalle Counties
Roll call: all yeas 6 yeas and 0 nays. The motion carried.
6. Seat New and Reelected Board of Education Members
Eric Sass moved to seat Jeremy Adams, Chad Gilkerson, and Alison Wissen as Board of Education Members for Woodland CUSD #5

8. Appoint President Pro-Tem for Reorganization
Eric Sass moved that the Board of Education appoint Ryan McGuckin as President Pro tem for tonight’s special Board of Education meeting. Jeremy Adams seconded it

9. Appoint Secretary Pro-Tem for Reorganization
Dan reinmann moved that the Board of Education appoint Chad Gilkerson as Secretary Pro tem for tonight’s special Board of Education meeting. Rebecca Sterling seconded it
Roll call: all yeas 6 yeas and 0 nays. The motion carried.
10. Call to order by President Pro-Tem
Ryan McGuckin called to order the seating of the new school board members

13. Approval of Board of Education Committees for May 2023 to May 2025
Eric Sass moved that the Board of Education approve the list of Board of Education Committees for May 2023-May 2025 as presented. Dan Reinmann seconded it
